We are your coaches, Oana and Mike and we are here to guide you towards a better life and inspire you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. Our purpose is to teach you how to train smarter by working more efficiently, more comprehensively, with as much knowledge as possible while preventing the risk of injury. Everyone is unique and so are our training programs, tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

 

We believe that fitness is for life and can be achieved in a simple and effective manner - it’s not about a quick-fix, it’s about being able to move BETTER, feel STRONGER and gain CONFIDENCE in the longer term. Whatever the goal, whatever training age, our intention is the same, to ensure that YOU come out the other end in a better place than when you started.

Level 3 Personal Trainer

 

My passion for health and fitness was ignited during my teenage years as a dancer, and today, I’ve been very fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2015 I’ve been working as a qualified Personal Trainer in London, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.

Strength and Conditioning Coach 

 

I have a great love for everything fitness from heavy strength training to mobility. Since completing my MSc back in 2013, I have worked in various fitness/sporting environments from corporate gyms to elite professional sport. I have always loved the idea of continuous learning in order to help both my clients and athletes.
